Paying for Chiropractic Care
Butler's Mobile Chiropractic makes chiropractic care accessible and affordable for everyone, regardless of their budget. Therefore, we have opted not to be a network provider participant in health insurance. We realized that some of the many barriers people experience regarding gaining access to healthcare is finances, such as being:
- un-insured; or
- have to meet deductibles, maximumes, and/or out-of-pocket expenses before they receive care.
We understand that this may cause unnecesary stress. We don't want you to experience financial hardship while you should be focusing on getting better. We are willing to work with you, if you are willing to work with us.
Paying for Services
We accept the following forms of payment:
- Check (from an established business only. We do not accept personal checks.)
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
Butler's Mobile Chiropractoc DO NOT BILL or ACCEPT PAYMENTS FROM THIRD-PARTY PAYERS (such as insurnace carrieres). Payment must be made at the time services and/or products are rendered and/or povided to the patient, unless other arrangements have been made.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: *Services provided After Hours are subject to an additional $30 providing that you receive care in our Normal Travel Area Locations. If you are outside of our Normal Travel Area Locations, you will be charged access fee of $30 and an additional $1 per mile.
